Are you a creative struggling to achieve your goals? Whether you’re working on finishing a book, planning a solo art show, or simply looking to infuse more creativity into your life, I’m here to help.
As a fellow creative and former lawyer, I understand the challenges of staying motivated and battling inner critics, all while dealing with the stressors of life. My journey led me to explore meditation, yoga, and coaching, which profoundly transformed my life. Inspired by these practices, I pursued certifications to assist others in their creative pursuits.
My coaching approach blends yoga and mindfulness with practical strategies to help you find alignment and achieve your goals. With certifications as a yoga and meditation teacher, and as a coach through Coach Training Alliance’s Yoga2Life Coaching Program, I offer unique perspective that integrates these practices into our sessions.
In our work together, you might receive ‘homework’ that includes recommendations on mediation, movement exercises, visualizations, and journaling. We’ll explore your goals, identify any obstacles, and create a personalized plan to help you progress on your creative journey.
In our sessions, we will discuss your goals, any real or perceived obstacles, and come up with an integrative approach that can help you move along on your life’s journey.
Coaching sessions are available via Zoom, for individuals and small groups.
